You may return an item within 7 calendar days from the date you received it for non-personalized items only.
Personalized products have a no-return policy unless the product received is not what you requested according to the order received on the website.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as the time you have received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You are able to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
To get a refund, send the item back to us for inspection. You will receive a message confirming that we have received the returned item. Right after the inspection, you will then get an update about the status of your refund.
Once the returned is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or method used for payment.
Expect to receive the refund amount according to the waiting period prescribed by your card issuer's policies.
The buyer shoulders the shipping costs for returning the item.
Take note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
